Refund policy

I work very hard to provide very high quality products but if for any reason you are not 100% happy with your order please contact me at ali@scatteredseedco.com.au so I can work with you to sort it out.

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Personalised products can be returned within 30 days in unopened original perfect condition, upon change of mind, at buyers expense. Once received, inspected and approved I will happily refund your order minus postage costs.

Personalised & Custom items are non-refundable unless they arrive defective in which case please send me a message with photos so I can help you.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
